Description
I chose to become a physician assistant (PA) to make a difference in people’s lives. I like the flexibility that I have as a PA to meet healthcare needs in any specialty or situation. I feel my purpose is to help support my patients in their time of need and be a cheerleader/coach to encourage their health goals. I approach patient care with a holistic view, factoring in all pieces of the puzzle that make up the patient and their healthcare needs. I take the time to listen to my patients, which helps me formulate unique and personal care. My medical interests include diabetes, pediatrics, obesity management, women’s health, mental health and digestive/gastrointestinal (GI) concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy taking hot yoga classes, reading and exploring new restaurants.
