I became a physical therapist to help people achieve their goals and return to optimal wellness while using movement as medicine. It brings such joy to see a person return to the activities they love, whether it be running a marathon or playing with their grandchildren. As a physical therapist, I get to design an individualized plan for patients to optimize their outcomes and help them achieve their goals. As a Cary, North Carolina native, I take great pride in being able to serve my local community and provide evidence-based one-on-one care to restore quality of life. I enjoy treating a wide variety of patients while specializing in orthopedic and sport physical therapy across the lifespan. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors and with family and friends, traveling, and cheering the UNC Tar Heels and Carolina Hurricanes to victory.
