My approach to healthcare is patient-centered. It is important to understand patients’ goals so our treatment decisions are aligned with their desires. I strive to be a supportive presence for my patients and address their health concerns and illness within the broader context of each patient’s life. I see patients in all walks of life; athletes, the general active population and individuals who are looking to become more active. Through our interactions, I hope to promote life-long wellness by encouraging movement, and preventing and managing disease. I have specific interests in ultrasound-guided injections, relative energy deficiency in sports, female athlete health and lifestyle medicine.
