I am very passionate about helping people live healthier lives. I strongly believe in disease prevention and in supporting people of all ages to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. I also believe that patient education in all aspects of life is essential. Encouraging a healthy diet, along with promoting both physical and mental well-being, is crucial to achieving better health. In addition, I believe it is important to foster a one-to-one relationship between the patient and the provider, built on mutual understanding and respect. My clinical interests include family medicine, caring for patients from pediatrics through adulthood. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, and traveling.
