Hearsay is a cocktail bar hideaway tucked inside The Matthews House in Downtown Cary. Sip classic and signature cocktails, soju, wine, or a mocktail on the grand porch rocking chairs or settle into the parlor with a charcuterie plate. Open weeknights Monday–Thursday 4–10pm and Friday until 11pm. Closed weekends for private events — check our calendar before visiting. Groups of 6–20 welcome with a reservation. Gift cards available online and at the bar. Located at 317 W. Chatham St., hidden behind the brick walls and garden of The Matthews House.
