Heather is the agency manager of the four The Moore Agency Team locations. Heather is an experienced agent of fourteen years and is very passionate about the insurance industry. She wears many hats within the agency and enjoys helping others about the insurance industry. Heather will always greet you with a big smile and welcoming personality. Heather and her husband Anthony moved to North Carolina in 2018 from Washington State. She has 3 children, and 3 granddaughters. In her spare time, she loves exercising, painting, hiking, and traveling. But most of all Heather loves spending time with her family and new puppy.

Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, she made her way to Raleigh to pursue her passion for animal care at NC State University, with the goal of becoming a veterinarian. Her career path led her through various roles in the veterinary field, from general practice to emergency and intensive care. Now, as a Customer Service Representative at The Agency, she leverages her dedication and problem-solving skills to helping others in the insurance industry. Beyond her professional life, she is enthusiastic about car culture and enjoys spending time at car shows, appreciating everything from modified and classic cars to imported vehicles and high-performance sport, track, and stunt bikes. Her enthusiasm extends to Formula 1 racing, where she's known to catch races at any hour. When she's not at a car show or watching F1, you can find her lost in the pages of a good book (especially fiction, fantasy, or sci-fi), immersed in a video game, or indulging her creative side through writing and baking. She also enjoys spending time horseback riding and cherishing moments with her six furry companions and loving family.
