Goals!!!
Motivation and training is continuous throughout the class. Staff is excellent and they make you feel like family. Location is clean and stocked with drinks, snacks and apparel just in case you forget yours behind. My two daughters and I currently attend and we love it!!!!

I love it!!
Signing up for ilovekickboxing is one of the best decisions I've made. The workouts do an amazing job of hitting all the muscle groups and even muscles that I had never used before. I've lost about 20 pounds in the two months that I've been there. The coaches are absolutely unbelievable and make going to the gym an exciting adventure rather than a chore that needs to be done. Because of the coaches, I have more confidence in myself and realize that I'm a lot stronger than I thought. I can't speak highly enough of ilovekickboxing cary.

Love Love!
I cannot speak highly enough of this place! From the moment I started I have felt like family. The coaches are incredible, the other members are energetic and embracing, and the workouts never disappoint! I am addicted to ilovekickboxing in Cary and I would recommend it to anyone!!

When I started Ilovekickboxing, I was not sure about can handle that kind of exercise, my body has been lazy for years and I was gaining some extra pounds then I decided to change my life and my routine. The first day that I went to Ilovekickboxing, Cary, I found an amazing team! there were an awesome staff, they are motivating you every day and when you finish the class, your body feels fantastic! I really recommended it.
